Mr. Cornejo had a successful career in banking and financial analysis prior to entering the service station business in 1991.  Mr. Cornejo owns and operates a successful independent network of gasoline service stations and convenience stores.   

Mr. Gonzalez is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Virginia and graduated with an accounting degree from Marymount University.  Prior to joining E & C, Mr. Gonzalez was the Assistant Director of Financial Management with the Water Environment Federation.  Mr. Gonzalez is responsible for all accounting and financial management of E & C.

Mr. Mark Hall is a career employee with EANDC-MA. He had been employed with E&C Enterprises Inc. for 10 years as the marketing director for merchandise and major oil program execution.  He is an industry professional with over 33 years’ experience in the convenience and gasoline industry.  Previous employers include: Crown Central Petroleum; Circle K; Texaco International; Chevron; ConocoPhillips; and Tosco.  

Mr. Juan Torres is currently the Maintenance and IT Director of E & C Mid- Atlantic.   He is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of San Martin in Lima, Peru.   Previously, (1994 - 2001) Mr. Torres worked in Lima-Peru as a Project Financial Manager for a major commercial and residential builder (Graña y Montero Group).

His career started with E & C in 2001 and has worked on all facets of the business, including the direct oversight of a retail territory from 2004 through 2007.   In 2008 he was promoted to Director of Maintenance and has been responsible for the successful management of that department as it relates to this business, to include, major savings on projects and has positively impacted on the organizations financial health.
